System requirements

How do I install a plugin?: Run the installer and restart your DAW. The VST3 goes to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3, the folder every host scans by default. If the plugin does not appear, trigger a rescan in your DAW; in some hosts you need the 'verify' or 'rescan failed plugins' option specifically.
Where are my downloads?: Download links are emailed immediately after purchase and remain available in your account. Use the link below to sign in with the email address you bought with. No password needed.
Is there a copy protection or iLok requirement?: No iLok, no dongle, no online activation. Install it and it works.
Do I pay again for updates?: No. Updates within a major version are free, and you download them from the same account.
Can I use a plugin on more than one computer?: Yes. A licence covers all machines you personally use: a studio desktop and a laptop are fine.
What if it does not work for me?: Get in touch and describe what happens, with your OS and DAW version. If it cannot be resolved, the refund policy applies.
