Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun, but only if the buyer expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal by doing so (§ 356(5) BGB). This consent is collected at checkout.

Beyond the statutory right: if a plugin does not work on your system and it cannot be fixed, you get your money back. This applies for 14 days from the date of purchase. Write in and describe the problem.

Send an unambiguous statement to prodbymaestro.loops@gmail.com. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Model withdrawal form: to withdraw from this contract, notify prodbymaestro.loops@gmail.com by email, stating the order you are withdrawing from, the date of the order, and your name and address. You do not need to use this exact wording; any clear statement is sufficient.
