This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. The host processes server log data including IP address, requested page, browser and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the site and rests on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel processes this data under its standard Data Processing Agreement, available at vercel.com/legal/dpa, and transfers outside the EU rest on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Inter Tight is downloaded at build time and served from this site’s own domain. Your browser makes no request to Google servers, and no IP address is transmitted to Google when you load a page.

Sales are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. When you buy something, your name, email address, billing country and payment details are processed by Lemon Squeezy, not by this site. This site never sees or stores payment data.

Lemon Squeezy acts as an independent controller for this data. Their identity, privacy policy and the transfer mechanism they use for processing outside the EU are published at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

When you activate a plugin, it sends your licence key and a fingerprint of the computer to this site. The fingerprint is a value derived from hardware identifiers; it identifies the machine, not you, and cannot be turned back into any hardware detail. Your IP address is visible to the server for the duration of the request, as with any web request.

This is stored so that a key can be limited to two computers and so a revoked key stops working. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the licence contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in preventing unlimited redistribution of paid software.

The plugin then verifies its licence offline and contacts the server again only to renew, roughly every 90 days. It transmits no audio, no project data and no usage statistics — ever.

There is no newsletter yet. This section will be filled in once one exists, and this site will not silently start collecting addresses before then.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no tracking scripts. The Lemon Squeezy checkout sets cookies necessary to process your order once you open it.

This is accurate only as long as nothing else is added. Introducing analytics later would require updating this section and adding a consent banner first.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
