Terms and conditions

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for tax purposes; their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.

Buying a plugin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. The licence covers all computers you personally use, including commercial work with no additional fee.

You may not redistribute, resell, rent out or reverse engineer the software.

Products are digital and delivered by email immediately after payment, and remain available in your Lemon Squeezy account.

Updates within a major version are free and downloaded from the same account. A future major-version upgrade may be offered as a separate paid release, typically at a reduced price for existing owners; nothing you have already bought stops working.

As a consumer in the EU, your statutory warranty rights are unaffected by these terms. If a plugin does not work as described and this cannot be fixed, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides (see also the refund policy). Liability for damages beyond the purchase price is excluded except where caused intentionally, by gross negligence, or through injury to life, body or health, or where liability is mandatory under applicable product-liability law.

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
